PEAQ was officially established in 2015, before launching Adelaide’s premier high performance facility in January 2019.
PEAQ has been built on the foundations of providing high performance principles to help people improve their fitness, strength, power, performance and heath… regardless of their current level or experience.
PEAQ’s staff have worked closely alongside athletes in the AFL, AFLW, International Cricket, NBL, A League, National Lacrosse, along with countless Semi-Elite Athletes, with the intent to manipulate those principles to be appropriate for every ability.
In 2020, PEAQ Recovery was founded and now is SA’s leading Recovery Service Provider helping athletes at every level train hard and recover harder.
