SIS30315 Certificate III in Fitness
Athletes Authority’s SIS30315 qualification focuses on the group, and gym instructor specialisations so that students can hone in their skillset in both one on one and group capacities. These specialisations offer the most transference, and set the knowledge foundations for continued learning in the fitness industry.
SIS40215 Certificate IV in Fitness
Athletes Authority’s SIS40215 qualification focuses on developing students into competent Personal Trainers – equipping with the skills they need to have a successful career in the fitness industry. Delivery focus shifts from ‘laying the foundations’ to advancing key concepts – with an emphasis on client variation and student initiative.

YOU WANT A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF FITNESS & TRAINING WHEN YOU GRADUATE
On top of your Cert III/IV Fitness (RT0 45678), you will get: An advanced understanding of applied biomechanics and resistance training so you can progress and support clients with complex injuries or presentations;
An in-depth understanding of soft-skills – the skills that help you build rapport and trust with every type of client.
A deep understanding of functional anatomy to identify differences between individuals so you can confidently program and coach an individual of any size or shape;
Robust knowledge of business systems so you can generate the cash flow you need to run a successful business. This includes generating great offers, creating captivating marketing, being effective at sales, and delivering an incredible service.

Entry Requirements
Completion of the Athletes Authority Enrolment process:
Completed language, literacy and numeracy test with ACSF Level 2 results
Pre-training review form
Current working with children check
Students must be at least 18 years of age at course commencement
Completion Requirements
Completion of all of the following Units:
SISFFIT001 Provide health screening and fitness orientation
SISFFIT002 Recognise and apply exercise considerations for specific populations
SISFFIT003 Instruct fitness programs
SISFFIT004 Incorporate anatomy and physiology principles into fitness programming
SISFFIT005 Provide healthy eating information
SISFFIT006 Conduct fitness appraisals
SISFFIT014 Instruct exercise to older clients
SISXCCS001 Provide quality service
