We know everyone recovers differently, so we’ve created different membership and packages based on that!
This 5 session pass can be used in any combination for all three Recovery services: Infrared Sauna, NormaTec Compression & Contrast Baths.

This 10 session pass can be used in any combination for all three Recovery services: Infrared Sauna, NormaTec Compression & Contrast Baths.
10 Session Pass $230
Valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

TEAM RECOVERY
Our Recovery team sessions include:
Contrast Bath Therapy, Normatec Compression, Infrared Sauna Session & use of the Hyperice Massage Guns.
Sessions are held Sunday afternoons, after 12.30pm (more times available on request). Players will rotate through each service. Bookings are essential for teams.
1 hour Team session, 4-8 Players – $20pp
2 hour Team session, 9-16 Players – $15pp
Casual sessions or one offs are also available, for $30 per session.
